Our support staff can be reached by emailing to email@example.com, and they are available to answer your questions between 8 AM to 11 PM during the business days. Weekend support hours may vary.
We try to get back to you as soon as possible. On average, we answer most questions in less than 6 hours. But please keep in mind that sometimes it takes us a bit longer as we research your problem before getting back to you, so please give us at least one day before you contact us again on the same issue.
